  • Learn how to butcher a whole animal from celebrity butcher, Dave-the-Butcher
  • Dinner for 10 prepared by Mark and Terri Stark, Founders of Stark Reality Restaurants
  • Unicorn wines from the Three Sticks Monopole vineyards, with featured selections by Co-founder and General Manager Prema Kerollis

This is the ultimate insider’s wine country experience for a group of 10! The festivities will be hosted at MacBryde Farm in Forestville, home of chefs and farmers Duskie Estes and her husband, John Stewart, of Black Pig Meat Co. and formerly chef proprietors of ZAZU Kitchen+Farm. At Black Pig Meat Co. all pigs are sustainably raised on family farms that respect the land and the animals in their care. This special evening will begin as you explore and stroll through MacBryde Farm amongst their farm animals and garden.

Next, you’ll learn how to butcher a whole animal from celebrity butcher, Dave-the-Butcher, of Big John’s Market – a longtime educator and expert in the meat world, and past judge of The Butcher competition on the History Channel. Then you’ll enjoy a truly delectable dinner from the prolific Sonoma County restauranteurs, our 2024 SCWC Chef Honorees Mark and Terri Stark. If you’ve ever eaten in one of their Stark Reality Restaurants, you know you’re in for a once-in-a-lifetime treat!

And lastly, you’ll enjoy estate Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from the “unicorn” of the evening – Three Sticks. Three Sticks is known for their six renowned Sonoma County estate vineyards and making extraordinary wines that showcase the significance of Sonoma terroir. You will be guided through these small lot, allocated wines by Co-founder and General Manager Prema Kerollis, whose name translates to “giver of love” in Sanskrit. Prepare to be charmed by her infectious joy and generous laughter, promising a night of exquisite wines and cherished memories.
