Your party of six will enjoy an exclusive, Sunday Somm Stars Dinner at Goodnight’s Prime Steak + Spirits in Healdsburg, CA! Your evening will be filled with a little British swagger, co-hosted by beloved Bay Area food and wine personality Liam Mayclem and Chef David Lawrence, who will be preparing the brilliant multi-course meal. Your specially selected wine pairings and presentation of elite wines from the Foley Family Wines & Spirits portfolio will be presented by Jason Dannewitz along with Chris Sawyer “Sommelier to the Stars” and his celebrity sommelier team.
Liam Mayclem is a fundraising professional and an Emmy Award-winning radio and TV host known as “Foodie Chap” on KCBS Bay Area. The Brit-Irishman with the gift of the gab is known to audiences across the country for his work as host on TV networks TechTV and Travel Channel. Chef David Lawrence, former owner of San Francisco’s 1300 Fillmore and Black Bark BBQ, led the opening of Goodnight’s in Healdsburg last August. After traveling through a different culinary landscape, his culinary path went very much into fine dining, based on Michelin stars and French cuisine.
Located in the heart of historic Healdsburg Plaza, Goodnight’s Prime Steak + Spirits is a local pioneer in a new frontier of classic Western-styling steakhouse dining experiences. Like their namesake, trailblazing Texas Ranger Charles Goodnight, a meal with friends is unflappable and one-of-a-kind. Your group will be hosted in luxury for a Sunday night stay at Hotel Le Mars, the evening of your Somm Stars Dinner. And to commemorate the occasion, you’ll each receive a special bottle of Charles Goodnight Whiskey as a parting gift.
