With this lot, your party of four will enjoy a rare, not open to the public, behind the scenes tour of the magic of Journeyman Meat Co.! Pete and Cathy Seghesio have a lot of energy – for most folks, a vineyard & winery are enough. Not for these guys. In 2017, they opened Journeyman Meat Co., Wine Country’s only USDA cured meat facility where they craft family recipes brought from Italy. Pete apprenticed in Italy and even acquired the curing equipment there.
You’ll follow your nose though the facility during your personal behind the scenes tour, and then join Pete & Cathy at their Salumeria and Butcher shop in Healdsburg for a fun, delicious, and meaty meal with wine. They are even throwing in a six-pack of wine, including several bottles from their iconic San Lorenzo Vineyard that has been in Pete’s family since 1896. If you haven’t tried these wines yet, you are in for a treat!
