Naidu Vineyards welcomes you and seven guests to their serene property nested atop a knoll in the tranquil rolling hills of Sonoma County wine country! This luxurious, fully remodeled house is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and contemporary fixtures to bring you a truly unforgettable experience in a bucolic setting. Pass through 6 acres of active Pinot Noir vineyards, up a meandering driveway, and feel the rest of the world melt away behind you.

The home features four bedrooms (three king beds, one queen-sized Murphy bed) to easily sleep eight guests. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with dual rain showers and a freestanding bathtub overlooking sweeping views of the vineyards below. The second bedroom and additional sleeping room share the chic and modern hallway bathroom. The luxurious third bedroom is situated one level below and is appointed with French wide plank oak floors and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have views of nature and feature automated blackout blinds in addition to state-of-the-art multi-zone speakers.

The home features two living rooms, with one overlooking beautiful vistas of the vineyards and hills. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features custom cabinets with luxurious countertops and a modern island. A SubZero refrigerator and an eight-burner Wolf stove with dual ovens makes this a home chef’s dream kitchen. Step out on to the deck and enjoy al fresco dining and grill away on the fully equipped outdoor barbecue range. Unwind by the stunning private pool, soak the day away under the wisteria-covered spa overlooking the vineyard, or relax in front of the modern outdoor fire-pit.

Weekdays only (Check-in Sunday, Monday or Tuesday), no long weekends, blackout dates apply, $495 cleaning fee applies. Auction winner must sign a rental agreement and provide a credit card on file in the event of incidental charges. Stay must be completed by September 2025.
